We are looking for Supply Chain and Procurement Director. The selected candidate may be based (almost) anywhere in the UK, however visits to our office in Birchwood Park, Warrington will be required.
General activities:
- Full responsibility for the supplier chain and procurement agreements
- Leading sustainable procurement (compliance with ISO20400 and more)
- Support to major bids
- Supply chain/ procurement data analysis (preparation of annual reports, spotting trends etc.)
- Responsibility for “payment performance”
- Resource Management
- Supplier onboarding
- Trade compliance – import export regulations
- Ensuring the compliance with IR35 regulations (Contingent and subcontract labour)
Requirements
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply or equivalent
- Related professional experience in Procurement supporting EPC projects.
- Proficient understanding of Purchasing, Expediting, Supplier Quality, Freight & Logistics roles and responsibilities on EPC projects.
- Experience of working with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
