About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the Social Value Lead will be responsible for delivering the NNEP framework’s Social Value KPI. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver commitments related to social value and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensuring data collection, analysis, and accurate KPI reporting internally and to the client.
  • Serving as a key client-facing contact for social value and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Organising and delivering social value events and outreach activities.
  • Increasing awareness and engagement with social value among employees and sharing knowledge to upskill teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement to maximise social value opportunities and creating case studies for internal and external use.
  • Supporting the execution of components of the Sustainability Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with client net-zero targets and company sustainability goals.

Role Summary

This role involves driving social value initiatives across the NNEP Framework, coordinating stakeholders, managing KPI delivery and reporting, and promoting a culture of social responsibility and sustainability. It includes client engagement, business development, and integrating social value with sustainability efforts.

Employment is subject to security clearance, including BPSS and either SC or DV clearance, which may involve additional evaluation for non-British nationals.
