About the Opportunity: As part of the EUP Project 6, Amentum is looking to build a team of Engineers and Designers to deliver the scope of glovebox designs and nuclearisation of OEM Specialist equipment. The individual recruitment by Amentum will be reporting directly to the Engineering lead and Project Engineering Manager. This role requires the personnel to be delivery focused and based in office for 3 days a week to accommodate collaboration and direct interface with key project stakeholders to aid the critical project delivery.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Significant experience in Nuclear Design.
  • Extensive experience on 3D modelling and drafting.
  • Experience of design phases (concept, detail, DfM).
  • Process Plant and Equipment experience with respect to gloveboxes or nuclear containment systems.
  • Knowledgeable in project coordination and execution skills.
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree with relevant certification.
  • A good team player with good presentation, communication, and written skills.
  • Interpersonal ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Aptitude for taking initiative.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and resolving interface issues across engineering disciplines.
