About the Opportunity

Nuclear Power Programmes has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects, which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. To do this, we are seeking to continuously employ talented individuals to join our diverse team that are excited about nuclear projects and are committed to Net Zero, and Energy Security. In both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Maintain reporting tools, data quality, and regular data refresh activities.
  • Support the Quality reporting roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analyse quality data and provide insights to support decision‑making.
  • Work with Quality, PMO, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve reporting and data issues.
  • Define reporting requirements and performance metrics.
  • Promote best practice in data governance, assurance, and reporting.
  • Support implementation of digital tools across the Quality Function.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong Power BI development experience within large, complex organisations.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation expertise.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
  • Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive improvements.
  • Degree/HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Data Analytics, IT, Project Management, or Project Controls.
  • Proven track record of delivering reporting solutions and business insights.

Key Focus

  • Power BI development, data analytics, KPI reporting, dashboard management, data governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of quality reporting.
