About the Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Lead for a Major Project. The Role of the Quality Lead will report to the Line of Business Quality Manager and work in collaboration with the wider Quality and Project capability; supporting the Projects in delivering to both time and cost whilst maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Quality Team and support wider project team through functional leadership, problem solving, collaboration application of quality assurance and control knowledge and expertise.
  • Liaise with Client Counterparts, ensuring Client Satisfaction is maintained.
  • Ensure LTRs (internal and supply chain) are controlled, maintained and delivered RFT and on time.
  • Quality Management of multi-tiered supply chain.
  • Deliver internal and supply chain audits as per the audit programme.
  • Manage delivery of multi-disciplinary project quality requirements and coordinate multi-discipline inspection resource to ensure all work faces are covered.

Qualifications & Certification:

  • Formal qualifications in quality management - e.g. CQI modules or equivalent.
  • Lead Auditor.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent and SC clearance already held is essential for this role.

Experience:

  • More than 3 years working with a lead/senior quality assurance/quality control role.
  • Good working knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Line and/or functional management experience.

This means that you will need to have, or be able to obtain, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and either Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. The security clearance process may require non-British nationals or dual nationals (i.e. those with British and another nationality) to be subject to additional evaluation, depending on nationalities held and the nature of the work to be carried out.
