  • Work closely with clients to manage PSA model implementation and develop effective safety cases and risk management plans

  • Liaising with clients to understand their challenges and developing solutions.

  • Representing the business in technical meetings with clients, regulators and other third parties.

  • Helping to maintain the technical capability/knowledge of the community and mentoring junior team members (as appropriate).

  • Here\’s What You\’ll Need

  • A good understanding of PSA principles and experience developing and updating PSA models

  • Expertise in the use of PSA tools ( Reliabilty workbench and RiskMonitor)

  • Knowledge of ONR and international nuclear standards

  • Good communication skills and ability to articulate information to a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Experience of delivering project tasks against relevant standards and best practices.

  • A degree (or equivalent demonstrable experience) in a STEM discipline.
