About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, energetic and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) who will also provide Project Support across a range of initiatives. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional administration support to Senior Leaders in the Site Delivery Team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Making domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation and transport.
  • Preparing and processing expense claims.
  • Drafting correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Team development, supporting Site Delivery's strong culture and establishing effective ways of working.
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of key stakeholders.
  • Managing effective communications between Site Delivery and their stakeholders including cross-functional teams and other departments.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Background in major projects is desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others and build effective sustainable relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
