About the Opportunity

Nuclear Power Programmes has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects, which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. In both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. Role Summary

Support delivery of the Sizewell C project by managing interfaces between major programmes (Civil Works, Nuclear Island, and Conventional Island/Balance of Plant), ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the Interface Management Plan.
  • Manage key interface tools including the Delivery Interface Register (DIR) and Milestone Definition Documents (MDDs).
  • Define, track, and coordinate interfaces between programmes and stakeholders.
  • Monitor interface-related progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure interface requirements are reflected in project schedules and change control processes.
  • Facilitate resolution and closure of interface issues.
  • Produce reports and provide assurance to project leadership on interface performance and risks.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, PMO, Delivery Managers, and programme teams.
  • Promote effective stakeholder engagement and a collaborative, “best for project” approach.
  • Support delivery within nuclear safety and regulatory requirements.

Here's What You'll Need

  • Interface management experience on large infrastructure, construction, engineering, or energy projects or a related technical/project delivery role.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Good understanding of project management, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
  • Construction site experience and knowledge of project delivery processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial issues clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Nuclear sector and/or construction site experience preferred.
