About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Architecture Consultant to help clients translate strategic objectives into practical, deliverable change.
Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will design and shape future operating models and business architectures that align strategy, people, processes, technology, data and governance.
Supporting clients across the full transformation lifecycle, you'll work from discovery and current‑state assessment through to business case development, implementation planning and delivery support.
You'll also contribute to business growth by supporting bids, proposals and business development activities, helping to shape compelling solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience in business architecture, business analysis or organisational transformation is required, together with a proven ability to bridge the gap between strategic intent and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into actionable transformation plans.
- Design Target Operating Models (TOMs), organisational structures and governance frameworks.
- Develop business capability maps, value streams, customer journeys and service designs.
- Analyse business processes, data, systems and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce business cases, implementation roadmaps, benefits frameworks and performance measures.
- Facilitate workshops and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, change and delivery teams to deliver successful outcomes.
