As a junior member of the Defence and Asset Solutions Sustainability Team, you will work across the business to support the development of sustainability strategies at a strategic and project level. The D&AS Sustainability Team is currently made up of 16 sustainability professionals. Responsibilities include supporting the development of sustainability strategies, contributing to corporate sustainability reporting and integrating standards including ISO 14001 and PAS2080. You will also assist in the authoring of tender proposals and carry out research in environmental sustainability specialisms such as the Circular Economy. You will play a key role in project delivery under supervision from senior members of the team offering valuable insights and innovative solutions across assignments and projects. You will lead independent workstreams, working closely with the client to improve the sustainability performance of projects supporting colleagues and wider stakeholders in achieving their environmental and strategic objectives.

We are looking for candidates who: Have completed an undergraduate or master\’s degree (e.g. Environmental Science, Geography, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development Studies) level qualification in a relevant subject by summer 2026.
