The Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Documents, Records & Completions function by delivering accurate, timely and insightful management information. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a single source of truth for departmental reporting, creating Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and performance analytics that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks and management information reporting across the Documents, Records & Completions (DRC) function.
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for departmental reporting, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and trusted by stakeholders.
  • Design, develop and maintain reporting solutions that support operational decision-making and performance management.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of management information, KPI reporting and Power BI dashboards across the DRC function.
  • Supports reporting and insight across Documents, Records, Completions and Non-Conformance activities.
  • Works with stakeholders across Quality, Technical, HPC, SZC and the supply chain.
  • Maintains and develops a single source of truth for departmental reporting.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Advanced Power BI and reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
  • Experience working with large datasets from multiple systems and data sources.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards and management information.
  • Strong focus on data quality, accuracy and reporting consistency.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and influence positive outcomes.
  • Experience improving and automating reporting processes.
  • Degree qualified, or equivalent relevant experience.
