- To review the content of the FCR (Field Change Requests) and NCR (site Non-Conformance) issued by the construction team (HK8010 – MEH JV) on the following aspects:
- Characterisation: Ensure the description of the FCR/NCR is sufficiently clear to allow proper assessment from NNB/JDO. Ensure the FCR/NCR contains sufficient level of information (root cause, scope impacted, details of the issue…).
- Remediation: Review the optioneering and ensure the proposed remediation plan is relevant and achievable. Ensure the FCR/NCR contains a preferred option and confirm this option remains the best for project decision.
- Delegation: propose the level of delegation to be allocated for the FCR/NCR treatment.
- Ensure regular connection with the construction team (HK8010 – MEH JV) to establish the following:
- Review of FCR/NCR trends (frequency of occurrence, type of issues).
- Offer mitigations in advance for potential problems based on the HTL’s own experience, as flagged by wider E2E Engineer team and the most frequent occurrences met by the construction team.
