Following a recent transition from Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Deltek Costpoint, Amentum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager for Deltek Costpoint. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Costpoint recovery, integration and automation roadmap, and will report to the VP of Finance. Hybrid working with both UK and international travel is expected.
Responsibilities
- Ensure trial balance integrity and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain consistent and reliable revenue recognition across a complex project portfolio.
- Improve efficiencies to enable timely and accurate cash collection.
- Manage time booking, cost allocation, and project cost controls.

- Proven track record leading complex, multi‑stakeholder transformation programmes for global delivery teams (UK, US, offshore).
- Experience managing internal teams, external partners and corporate stakeholders.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with HR systems (e.g., Workday), workflow/AP systems (e.g., OnBase) and project controls/reporting tools (e.g., OnPoint, P6).
- Knowledge of automation (RPA/workflow) and AI use cases in finance/project environments.
