As a Solutions Developer, you will be hands‑on in the design and build of applications, workflows and data‑driven solutions, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, while applying sound software and systems thinking rather than tool‑specific approaches. You will work on a varied portfolio of projects, from rapid prototypes through to production solutions supporting complex operational environments. This role reports into the Head of AI, Automation and Analytics and offers the opportunity to grow technical depth, broaden system design experience, and develop confidence working end‑to‑end from problem definition through to delivery and support. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve how solutions are designed and delivered.
