Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of key documentation associated with Planning matters such as strategies, delivery plans and Planning submissions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information and reports regarding the task status, activities and performance.
  • Early identification of risks/issues/concerns that either have the potential or will impact the task baseline.
  • Proposing, agreeing, implementing and reporting corrective actions to secure the task baseline.
  • Ensuring Planning related deliverables meet quality requirements.
  • Liaison with project stakeholders including Design, Environmental Management, Construction and Project Management.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field such as urban planning, geography, or relevant science or engineering.
  • Membership of a relevant institution or professional body such as the Royal Town Planning Institute.
  • Practical experience in planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of planning laws, regulations and procedures.
  • Engagement in ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest planning policies and practices.
