As a Lead CS&A Engineer your responsibilities could involve:
- Leading a team of CS&A engineers and architects in the definition, implementation and delivery of specified functional works that achieves safety, functional and business requirements.
- Key role holder within the Engineering team on the project.
- Delivery of the civil, structural, and architectural design.
- Delivery of construction information.
- Managing the interface to and between key Delivery Partners and the design team.
- Understanding of the commercial implications of products, scope and packages.
- Delivery of substantiation and other approvals.
- Risk identification with proposed resolution / mitigation.
- Production of schedules and identification of key milestones.
- Developing deliverables list and format (drawings, specifications, reports, BIM etc.).

Qualifications:
- Higher Education Qualification in Engineering (or equivalent) subject – MEng (preferred).
- Appropriate Engineering or Scientific Institution Membership – Chartered Engineer / qualified Architect / Architectural Technologist.
- Background engineering experience demonstrating a record of successful delivery including recent positions influencing professional engineers and guiding technical personnel.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience within the previous 10 years working in roles where knowledge of engineering was a key attribute.
- Experience of working within a regulated and quality-assured system (preferably nuclear) where professional judgement is the key attribute.
