- Proven experience as a Technical Architect across diverse technology domains.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, TOGAF, Archimate.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in matrixed environments and fast-paced project delivery.
- Good organisational and project management capabilities.
- Expertise in multiple enterprise technologies, including:
- Automation: Power Platform, UIPath, BluePrism, AutomationAnywhere
- AI: LLMs, coding copilots, MS Foundry/Copilot Studio
- Data: MS Fabric, Databricks
- ITSM: ServiceNow
- EUC: Intune, SCCM
