Amentum is seeking a Building Manager to join our Warrington team on a 12-month fixed term contract with potential extension.

The role covers planning and delivering maintenance across offices and laboratory facilities, coordinating contractors, and maintaining CAFM records to ensure safety and compliance.

The successful candidate will have five years in a similar role, a relevant building/engineering qualification (HNC/HND or IWFM preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills.
