Amentum is seeking an Asset/Facilities Manager for our Glasgow office. Our team is experiencing exciting growth and long-term prospects within our established practice.
The role involves working under the direction of the Head of Asset Management in formulating the aims and objectives of the Intelligent Asset. Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking annual Performance Management and setting targets linked to the IAM team Improvement Plan priorities.
- Line managing team members as designated by the Head of Asset Management.
- Assisting the Head of Asset Management in the ongoing and annual review to ensure standards are maintained and develop SMART priority targets.
- Working with outside clients and other Amentum teams to develop opportunities.
- Providing guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise.
- Asset Management Planning, Implementation of Asset Management Plans, Risk Management, and Performance Improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor\'s degree in an engineering discipline.
- A history of relevant experience within infrastructure Asset management.
- Experience with Asset Strategy Development, Asset Management Planning, and Risk Management.
- All staff are required to be a UK National and able and willing to obtain SC level security clearance.
