We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or other support needs. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in accordance with individual care and support plans.
- Assist service users with activities of daily living, including personal care, dressing, bathing, grooming, and maintaining personal hygiene where required.
- Support individuals with meal preparation, nutrition, hydration, shopping, and light household duties.
- Encourage independence by helping service users develop life skills, confidence, and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments, community activities, social events, education, or other planned outings.
- Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies.
