We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or other support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in accordance with individual care and support plans.
  • Assist service users with activities of daily living, including personal care, dressing, bathing, grooming, and maintaining personal hygiene where required.
  • Support individuals with meal preparation, nutrition, hydration, shopping, and light household duties.
  • Encourage independence by helping service users develop life skills, confidence, and daily routines.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments, community activities, social events, education, or other planned outings.
  • Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies, training, and medication administration procedures.
  • Observe and report any changes in a service user's physical, emotional, or behavioural wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, daily notes, incident reports, and medication records.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns regarding the welfare or safety of vulnerable adults or children.
  • Promote equality, diversity, dignity, privacy, and respect in every aspect of care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, families, and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Comply with all health and safety, infection prevention, and company policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience working as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or in a similar care role is desirable.
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training and ongoing professional development
