About the Role As our Finance Graduate, you will work closely with senior members of the finance team and become involved in all aspects of the finance function. You will receive training and support while building practical experience in financial operations, reporting, payroll, controls, and business support. A key responsibility of the role will be taking ownership of the company's payroll function, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
