We’re looking for an Events Producer to help bring our live shows and experiential events to life – running the day-to-day logistics, budgets and on-site delivery, and turning creative concepts into elevated live experiences. This role takes a solid foundation in live event environments and a cool head when things move fast – organized, resourceful and calm under pressure without ever performing the stress. You keep the creative ambition whilst balancing the logistical and financial detail at the same time. You’re a clear and reliable presence clients & crew can count on day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Live Execution: Run the day-to-day logistics and pre-production for live shows, keeping every milestone on schedule and true to the brief.
- Budgeting & Tracking: Build accurate estimates, track line-item spend, manage supplier invoices, and ensure projects stay within budget parameters.
- Client Communication: Be a clear, reliable and reassuring day-to-day contact, keeping clients updated and building trust through delivery.
- Supplier & Crew Management: Coordinate technical suppliers, venues, fabricators and crew around one clear master schedule.
- On-Site Coordination: Support or lead on-site setup, technical rehearsals, and live execution with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Production Delivery: Author and maintain production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, and post-event wrap documentation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in event production, with clear, hands-on experience on live shows and complex event setups.
- Strong budgetary skills: building and managing live event budgets with sharp attention to financial detail.
- A working understanding of live event timelines and logistics – load-ins, tech runs, strikes.
- Proven experience coordinating suppliers, venues and crew on site through fast-paced live environments.
