The Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Events Producer to join our fast-growing London team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our large-scale live shows and complex event productions, taking projects from initial high-stakes client briefs through to live execution. This role requires extensive experience in live show environments, a proven track record of maintaining composure under pressure, and the ability to balance ambitious creative visions with rigorous operational and financial reality. You will serve as a trusted, steadying point of contact for our major clients, guiding them with real authority and genuine reassurance. Key Responsibilities Live Show Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale live shows, stage productions, and major events to a high standard, on schedule and on budget. Financial & Budgetary Control: Build, track, and reconcile complex, high-value budgets. Safeguard project scope and financial discipline to deliver maximum value and exceptional results. Client Leadership: Be the primary, reassuring point of contact for major clients, guiding them through the live production process and managing expectations effectively. On-Site Command: Lead technical crews, stage managers, and suppliers on-site, staying calm and solutions-oriented through high-pressure live environments. Team & Supply Chain Assembly: Source and manage technical directors, show callers, stage designers and crews, drawing on an established network of live event professionals. Rigorous Documentation: Own the detail – run-of-plays, technical riders, risk assessments, master timelines, and wrap reports. Requirements For the day-to-day needs of this role, you will need the following skills and experience: ~6+ years of experience specifically within live show production, large-scale events, or technical event management. ~ Extensive experience building and managing six-figure budgets independently. ~ Solid technical understanding of AV, lighting, staging, sound, and live logistics. ~ Proven experience leading technical crews, stage managers and suppliers on site through high-pressure live environments. This role is full time – with four days a week office based in Central London.
