  • Compile, review, and approve Product Information Files (PIFs) and Technical Files to meet market-specific requirements
  • Manage submissions and notifications
  • Act as primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, distributors, and key retail customers on compliance matters
  • Liaise with test houses and toxicologists to ensure timely safety assessments and substantiation of claims
  • Support and guide product launches, ensuring regulatory approvals and documentation are completed within critical path timelines
  • Mentor and support junior regulatory team members
  • Monitor regulatory updates and proactively communicate legislative changes to the wider business
  • Manage and maintain regulatory IT system for allocated portfolio

Who you are

  • Proven expertise in compiling and reviewing Product Information Files (PIFs)
  • Experience managing retailer compliance standards and global submissions
  • Confident interpreting legislation and providing pragmatic commercial guidance
  • Passionate about sustainability, ethical sourcing, and responsible innovation
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Professional certifications such as completion of the SCS Diploma are advantageous.
