At Amelia Knight Limited, we’re a fast-growing international beauty business with multiple manufacturing sites across the UK and overseas. We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our commercial team and support the continued growth of Glow Hub across retail and wholesale channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in beauty retail and commercial management. You’ll support key retail partnerships, help manage day-to-day account operations, and play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of our retail business.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Account Manager, you’ll gain exposure to major retailers, international expansion, and the commercial side of building a global beauty brand. If you're organised, commercially curious, and excited about the beauty industry, this role offers an excellent platform to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Manager and Account Manager with day-to-day account management
  • Maintain retailer portals and product listings
  • Assist with retailer communications and information requests
  • Support sales reporting and performance tracking
  • Assist with forecasting and order management
  • Maintain sales and retail data
  • Raise and process purchase orders and sales orders within internal systems
  • Support with invoice queries and order tracking
  • Maintain accurate commercial documentation and retailer records
  • Assist with general administrative tasks across the commercial team
  • Support the coordination of retail launches and promotional activity
  • Assist with preparing product information, samples and marketing assets for retail partners
  • Work closely with marketing, operations and supply chain teams to support retail execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales support, account management, or retail operations (beauty or consumer brands preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel and working with sales or reporting data
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • A genuine interest in building a career in beauty retail and commercial management
