Amelia Knight Limited is looking for an organised and proactive Finance Assistant to support our busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and previous experience within a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the finance team across purchase ledger, sales ledger, and banking functions
  • Processing and recording supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with supplier payments and payment runs
  • Reconciling bank accounts and financial transactions
  • Setting up new supplier accounts in line with company policy
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve finance queries
  • Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Be confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
