Amegreen Children's Services is seeking an Outdoor Education Lead to establish and lead a new practical learning provision at Juniper Acres. This role focuses on outdoor learning, horticulture, cooking and enterprise, providing hands-on experiences for learners aged 11-18 with SEND where applicable.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager and existing education teams to create engaging, learner-led projects that develop confidence, independence and employability skills through real-world experiences.
