Amegreen Children\’s Services has an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our teams across our homes. This role is suitable for a candidate with experience in junior leadership within residential care who is seeking the next step in their career.

We pride ourselves on achieving a Good and Outstanding rating from Ofsted across all our homes and are a preferred provider in the South-East. We are a child-focused provider committed to high standards, driven to achieve the best outcomes for children.

The successful candidate will oversee Support Workers, providing supervision and managing daily operations. You will also support the Registered Manager with staff supervision, document reviews, casework files, and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a team of Support Workers.
  2. Providing supervision and training.
  3. Being a positive role model for the children.
  4. Handling administrative tasks as assigned by the home\’s manager.

Shift patterns:

7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm & 7am-10pm
