- Administer employee benefits including pension, life assurance, healthcare, and Cycle to Work schemes.
- Ensure new starters are safely recruited in line with Children Care Regulations 2015 and Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organisational objectives.
- Minute meetings and provide general support to the HR Manager including drafting letters and preparing documentation.
You will ideally have:
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and work accurately at speed.
- Exemplary attention to detail and a high standard of written and verbal communication.
- Proactive problem solver with a can‑do attitude, able to use initiative and work autonomously.
- Discretion, tact, and sensitivity, with a clear understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- Confident in building effective professional relationships across all levels of the business.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Genuine interest in HR as a profession and a desire to grow as a subject matter expert.
- A Diploma in HR or equivalent HR qualification.
- A minimum of one year of HR administrative experience.
- Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment managing competing deadlines.
