Amegreen Education is expanding with a brand-new Alternative Provision to support our new secondary SEN school, Juniper House. We are seeking an experienced Horticulture Lead to establish and run the provision, creating safe, engaging spaces and practical learning opportunities for learners aged 11–18.
You will design horticulture programmes, lead a team, and help learners develop confidence, life skills and independence through outdoor learning and seasonal cultivation.
