Base Pay Range: Starting from Ā£28,883 per year + Ā£53 ā Ā£63.60 per sleepāin. Fullātime, 40 hours per week, typical shifts: 7 amā3 pm, 2 pmā10 pm, and occasional 7 amā10 pm. Up to 4 sleepāins per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Residential Support Workers
- Deliver regular staff supervision, mentoring and guidance
- Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining quality standards
- Support with audits, care planning, documentation and risk management
- Roleāmodel best practice in childācentred care
- Maintain strong safeguarding and behaviour management practices
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in residential childcare
- Experience in a senior or shiftāleader role preferred
- Confident in supervising staff and supporting team development
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or working towards)
- Excellent communication, organisational and safeguarding awareness
- Full UK driving licence desirable (not essential due to staff transport)
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
