Base pay range Home Manager – Children’s Residential Homes Salary: £34,986 per year (£16.82/hr)
Location: West Berkshire
The role:
- Lead and support staff teams across the home
- Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
- Deputise for the Registered Manager, including Ofsted inspections
- Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and training
- Build strong relationships with families and professionals
- Take part in the on-call rota and provide confident leadership
About you:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards)
- Experience in children’s residential care
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of child development & learning disabilities
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
