Paysafe is seeking an experienced and highly capable Regulatory Change Project Manager to oversee projects across Risk, Compliance, and especially the Regulatory space. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering Change Management Projects within a Financial Services or Fintech environment, preferably with payments experience. If not, experience in implementing regulatory or risk-based projects within financial services is acceptable.
The critical nature of these projects requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a controlled, evidence-based approach to delivery. Experience working with Product and IT teams would be highly advantageous.

Work model: Hybrid working, with an average of three days per week in the office located in Gresham Street near St Paul’s Cathedral, with accessible transport links.
Key responsibilities:- Deliver regulatory change management projects successfully, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining momentum.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Teams to analyze requirements and plan actions.
- Drive projects to completion, securing stakeholder buy-in and escalating risks early.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation, ensuring an audit trail.
- Report project status accurately to various stakeholders.
- At least 4 years’ experience in regulatory change project management within Financial Services.
- Proven track record of delivering time-critical regulatory projects achieving compliance.
- Experience managing change across organizations, embedding requirements across people, policies, and technology.
- Strong influencing, negotiating, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Knowledge of SDLC is a plus.
