Paysafe is hiring a Website Specialist to join our global Marketing, Centre of Excellence, reporting directly to the Senior Websites Manager. This role will be central to ensuring our websites deliver best‐in‐class experiences for our customers across our key brands, including Skrill, PaysafeCard, PagoEfectivo, and Neteller. The Website Specialist will be highly hands‐on with our CMS platforms (primarily TYPO3) and will support the development, optimisation, and continual improvement of web pages and on‐site content. This is a technically focused, execution‐driven role requiring strong attention to detail and close collaboration with teams across Marketing, Product, Creative, Legal, and SEO.

How we work: We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul's cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul's, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

  • Work closely with the Senior Websites Manager in the day‐to‐day management and execution of website content updates across multiple markets and brands.
  • Build, update, and optimise landing pages using our CMS (primarily TYPO3), ensuring accuracy, high design quality, and alignment with brand, legal, and UX standards.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, CRM, SEO, and Product teams to develop new pages and web experiences that support global marketing and business initiatives.
  • Apply legal and regulatory updates quickly and accurately across relevant site pages.
  • Manage all CMS publishing workflows, ensuring content is structured, tagged, and maintained consistently across languages and regions.
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to enhance usability, load speed, accessibility, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain high standards of website QA, troubleshooting issues, validating fixes, and ensuring content meets localisation and translation requirements.
  • Ensure website updates follow best practices and contribute to a unified global web experience across Paysafe's portfolio.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to track and report on page performance and user behaviour, providing actionable insights where improvements are needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or educational degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education, required.
  • Minimum 2 years' of hands‐on experience managing website content and building pages within a CMS (TYPO3 experience highly preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of website structure, content management workflows, and digital publishing best practices.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting or adjusting page layouts (not mandatory but beneficial).
  • Experience supporting website localisation across multiple markets or languages.
  • Ability to interpret website performance data and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent updates and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with rigorous QA standards.
  • Excellent communication and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, execution‐focused mindset, with the ability to independently identify improvements and drive high‐quality website delivery.
