Paysafe is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Crypto Team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned Paysafe Crypto clients and their associated third-party merchants. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across your client base—including decision-makers, risk and compliance teams, and other influential contacts.
You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, driving strategic engagement, and supporting operational excellence. Your ability to understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver tailored solutions will be essential to your success.

How we work: We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul's cathedral with easy access and transport links.
The impact you will have:
- Deliver exceptional service and support to merchant accounts, handling both routine operational requests and complex projects or integrations.
- Gain insight into each merchant's business model to effectively position and upsell Paysafe's solutions, driving portfolio growth and optimizing payment performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create tailored marketing initiatives that enhance merchant partnerships.
- Achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts through strategic relationship management, consultative engagement, and proactive leadership.
- Monitor merchant processing activities regularly, analyse trends, and communicate key insights to clients.
- Conduct periodic account review meetings to maintain strong client relationships, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide merchants with clear, accurate guidance on industry regulations, compliance requirements, product updates, and project milestones.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve merchant inquiries and relay valuable feedback on customer needs and preferences.
- Share timely and relevant market intelligence within your sector to inform and shape future marketing and product strategies.
- Possess a practical understanding of Crypto Payments and Gaming/Gambling operations.
- Carry out regular and ad-hoc investigations, monitor and interpret complex payment flows across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
- Maintain an awareness of the broader regulatory, compliance, and risk landscape affecting crypto and payments.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 4 years' client management experience in payments, ideally with an acquirer, card scheme, gaming company, or similar.
- Proven digital wallet experience is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in at least two of the following areas: Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC principles, Governance, and Oversight.
- Ability to produce regular and ad-hoc reports to provide business oversight of client activity.
- Fluent communicator, able to adjust written and spoken style to suit different audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel for in-person client meetings and networking.
- Strong customer focus with a proven track record of supporting large merchants, growing existing portfolios, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Commercially savvy with strategic thinking skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
- High level of enthusiasm and a strong work ethic suited to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems or proprietary software is a plus.
- Skilled in drafting proposals and delivering client presentations—considered a valuable asset.
