The Marketing Strategy Manager role for Europe is vital in maintaining our growth trajectory across B2C and B2B in this key strategic market. This role is highly commercial with a key requirement to translate external and internal factors into actionable marketing plans, aligned to our goals. You will be collaborating with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams to strategize and execute marketing communications, campaigns, create and update marketing materials, administrative support and more.

Responsibilities:- Lead regional marketing strategy for Europe across B2C and B2B segments driving marketing performance aligned to commercial goals.
- Translate the product roadmap and business priorities into actionable, commercially viable go-to-market strategies for Europe.
- In collaboration with Product and Sales teams forge commercial and strategic relationships with key partners for ongoing growth and co-marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and equity and enhance campaign performance.
- Align marketing strategy with market demand, customer insights, and business objectives, identifying key value propositions, audience segments, and competitive dynamics.
- Partner closely with Product, Commercialisation, and Analytics teams to integrate internal and external data into strategic decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
- Provide strategic guidance to campaign teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of initiatives across multiple markets.
- Own regional marketing dashboards and reporting processes, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and support business decisions.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on marketing strategy, building trust and unifying priorities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder discussions, delivering impactful recommendations based on analysis.
- Bachelor's or educational degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education, required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing strategy, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes in B2C and B2B sectors.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving measurable commercial results in Europe.
- Preferred previous experience in business consulting or strategic positions within the FinTech sector.
- Knowledge of the European gambling industry including sports betting, casino, lottery and sweepstakes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various audiences.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) is a requirement. Any other fluent language will be considered a plus.
