The Recruiting Manager ensures resources and processes are in place to own the effective deployment of TA process to bring the accurate talent based in an excellent candidate experience

What will your job look like?

  • Lead the team to excellent functioning and operation at its domain of expertise. You will achieve this by promoting efficient and effective work processes in order to assure the best experience to the business and candidates
  • End‑to‑end responsibility for recruiting process to enable the fulfilment of approved vacant positions within the agreed on time, cost and quality standards. Be the specialist and use your influence to guide the business you support!
  • You will explore the market’s standard methodologies in recruitment and implement them in the organization, as appropriate
  • Assess and implement strategic sourcing plans that reduce dependency on third party vendors and handle the associated cost per hire
  • You will provide counsel and expertise in all areas of recruitment and selection to managers and HR teams
  • Be responsible to achieve recruiting metrics and goals (CPH, TIME TO HIRE, Internal mobility) and crafts efficient solutions for different scenarios - including the management of external vendors
  • You will develop and deliver trainings on specific recruitment practices and skills
  • You will address issues arising during the recruitment process and ensures that recruitment systems are efficiently utilized, recruitment status and metrics are available periodically, and that the recruitment function is aligned globally with other regions and with all relevant stakeholders

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree holder along with a minimum of 8 years of demonstrable experience in Recruitment in a high tech/sophisticated organization
  • Validated ability to produce reports and write business correspondence
  • Operational & project management experience along with validated experience in a complex global company and matrix organization
  • Managerial and people leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in recruiting, particularly in dealing with exciting human resource/recruitment issues in a diverse and vibrant environment
