Global Head of Analyst Relations

Amdocs – Join us to lead our global analyst relations strategy. This role supports senior leadership in shaping market perception, driving business impact through analyst engagements, and supporting product, marketing, and sales teams.

Location & Travel

United Kingdom – London (WFH). Travel minimal.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the global AR strategy aligned with corporate priorities and go-to-market strategy.
  • Map the analyst landscape across priority markets and domains, focus engagement on analysts who matter most, and advise executives on analyst-related topics.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing AR team and virtual network of champions.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key analysts – primary owner for top‑tier industry analysts.
  • Design and run a systematic engagement program.
  • Lead major industry analyst competitive assessments and peer evaluation programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and sales to leverage analyst content and citations.
  • Build a scalable AR operating model – processes, budget, governance, metrics, playbooks.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years with proven track record leading analyst relations at regional or global level for a technology/software vendor.
  • Documented success improving positions in major analyst evaluations and translating analyst programs into business impact.
  • Direct experience with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, OMDIA, Analysys Mason, GlobalData.
  • Exceptional relationship builder, strategic thinker, excellent communicator in English, strong project and program management skills.
  • Executive presence, coaching senior leaders for analyst interactions, events, and inquiries.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing in a global matrix environment; comfortable with AI tools.

Education & Professional Development

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree a plus.
  • Formal training or certification in analyst relations (IIAR, KCG, etc.) is a strong advantage.

  • Curious, externally focused; comfortable at the intersection of strategy, product, marketing, and sales.
  • Calm, resilient in high‑stakes situations.
  • Collaborative leader; enjoys influencing in a matrixed, global environment.
