<\/p>Your Role as a Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities Children’s Homes)<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>You will lead and inspire a team to provide a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.<\/span>
<\/p>This is a unique opportunity to support registration, build your own team, and embed a strong, child -centred culture from the outset.<\/span>
<\/p>You’ll be supported by a wider infrastructure including HR, QA, Psychology, Education, IT, Finance, and experienced Ofsted Registered Managers.<\/span>

<\/p>- Lead a team to deliver a supportive, structured environment<\/span>
<\/li> - Promote positive outcomes, confidence, and life skills<\/span>
<\/li> - Maintain a strong child -centred approach<\/span>
<\/li> - Drive performance and high -quality care standards<\/span>
<\/li> - Develop and review care plans<\/span>
<\/li> - Supervise, appraise, and develop staff<\/span>
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with legislation and Ofsted requirements<\/span>
<\/li> - Lead Ofsted registration and service setup<\/span>
<\/li> - Recruit, induct, and develop your team<\/span>
<\/li> - Work within multi -agency frameworks to advocate for young people<\/span>
<\/li> - Strive for outcomes that exceed expected standards<\/span>
