<\/p>As a Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading teams and ensuring high -quality care is delivered every day.<\/span>
<\/p>Your Role as Deputy Manager (Children’s Services)<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help lead the home and ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can succeed.<\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes<\/span>
<\/li> - Assist in managing the home, ensuring it is safe, compliant, and homely<\/span>
<\/li> - Deliver a child -centred approach to meet individual needs<\/span>
<\/li> - Mentor and guide staff to maintain high standards of care<\/span>
<\/li> - Support recruitment, training, and development of team members<\/span>
<\/li> - Plan and manage staff rotas effectively<\/span>
<\/li> - Conduct supervisions and contribute to team development<\/span>
<\/li> - Provide leadership, direction, and practical support<\/span>
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards<\/span>
<\/li> - Work flexibly across shifts, including sleep -ins and long days<\/span>
