Finance Business Partner temporary assignment (min 3 months) ASAP start c£250 PAYE per day. My client is a specialist within marketing services, based near London bridge. They are looking for extended sick cover for a minimum of 3 months, possibly longer starting ASAP. The role is hybrid working model. You are likely to be a qualified (ACMA/ACCA) finance professional with a track record in FBP and commercial partnering.
These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as a dynamic organisation, this may vary as different opportunities arise:
- Partner with commercial, product and operations leads to turn business questions into financial insight — you’ll translate market and product KPIs into margin and cash outcomes.
- Run regular budget, reforecast and variance review cycles for the Global Service Line and its major markets, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.
- Provide pipeline management and reconciliation across JobBook and Salesforce; highlight revenue recognition and booking risks.
- Drive consolidated P&L and Analytical Operating Profit analysis across product and service portfolios — identify margin improvement and cost optimisation opportunities.
- Lead preparation of management packs and presentations for monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews; present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Manage intercompany recharge processes and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and timely settlement.
- Act as a trusted deputy for the Global Service Line CFO when required, leading ad hoc financial projects or strategic initiatives.
- Support capital allocation and business case analysis for key investments (pricing, go-to-market spend, product development).
