3-6 months temporary assignment *** Immediate start* *** £13-15ph hybrid I am recruiting a contractor for a company based near London Bridge. They urgently require a temp to cover a leaver in the L&D team. Working in a small team of L&D professionals, you will provide administration support to the L&D Director and Programme Manager, supporting the internal learning programmes for employees Primary duties include: Liaise with internal and external suppliers to plan and schedule courses and other L&D activities – building good relationships with our trainers and understanding their needs Ownership and responsibility for the quarterly planning and coordination of the Academy Offering Scheduling of all Management and Development Programmes Point of contact for trainers and delegates. Monitor the team mailbox and respond to general L&D queries Assist internal colleagues with L&D enquiries Schedule L&D activities, booking room/setting up virtual sessions and populating our L&D portal with course information With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be adept with Excel and databases work.
