Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for UK employees with all People process and policy related enquiries.
- Manage global people data in the HR systems and support the implementation of automation and process improvements across all People operations.
- Take ownership of the global HR systems landscape (including HiBob and HowNow tools) and play a key role in shaping and delivering global People Operations projects.
- Ensure system consistency, data integrity, and alignment of People processes across multiple countries.
- Manage employee lifecycles - oversee UK onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of documentation, systems access, and welcome materials.
- Own and maintain HR systems (HiBob and related) - ensure data accuracy, optimise system use globally, and act as the main contact for configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
- Drive global people operations projects - lead or support initiatives focused on system integration, automation, standardisation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure accurate, compliant people data - maintain up-to-date employee records, monitor data trends, produce required reports, and support evidence-based decision making.
- Support employee relations and compliance - provide guidance in line with UK legislation and company policies, and prepare HR documentation as needed.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures - communicate HR policies, assist in drafting and updating policies, and ensure alignment with legislation and internal standards.
- Support payroll and compensation processes - assist with monthly payroll and use salary data to support compensation reviews and re-banding.
- Enhance HR processes through technology and innovation - identify, research, and implement automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience within the HR or Recruitment Field.
- Passionate about systems and automation.
- Experience leading HR projects around systems and/or transformation.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Great communication skills.
- Good understanding of data quality, system optimisation and HRIS configuration.
- Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership and accountability.
