The Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting AMD’s Total Rewards strategy across the EMEA region. This role partners with HR and business leaders to deliver competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and benefits programs that support talent attraction, retention, and business performance. The position combines strong analytical capability with practical program execution, contributing to both ongoing operations and regional/global Total Rewards initiatives.
This role supports both compensation and benefits across EMEA and sits within the broader Total Rewards function. It is suited for professionals who operate with a mix of independent judgment and collaboration, contributing to both program delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in market benchmarking activities and analyze survey data to inform pay positioning.
- Review compensation actions (e.g., offers, promotions, adjustments) to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and market competitiveness.
- Support annual compensation processes including merit planning, salary structure updates, and incentive program.
- Contribute to analysis and recommendations for short- & long-term incentive programs.
- Support the design and delivery of EMEA benefits programs across multiple countries.
- Assist in employee communications and provide guidance on benefits offerings, policies, and processes.
- Monitor benefits utilization and costs and support initiatives to improve effectiveness and employee value.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Ensure alignment with local statutory requirements and assigned market practices across EMEA countries.
- Support governance, documentation, and audit processes related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay informed on regulatory and market developments impacting Total Rewards.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Contribute to regional and global projects such as pay transparency, job architecture evolution, and benefits harmonization.
- Prepare clear and concise materials for stakeholders, including reporting and presentations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support talent and reward decisions.
- Work closely with Finance and Legal to align on budgets, compliance, and program governance.
- Contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience through effective Total Rewards delivery.
- Experience analysing and interpreting data to deliver meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Experience supporting compensation and benefits programs and processes.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Hands‑on experience using Excel and HR systems to manage and report data effectively.
- Experience supporting EMEA markets within a multinational organisation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
