As we expand across EMEA, our focus is on the next wave of cloud service providers (CSPs). The mission is to accelerate next‑generation computing experiences—from AI and data centers to PCs, gaming and embedded systems—through a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new accounts and expand existing business within assigned territories or industry verticals.
  • Coach and motivate a high‑performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets; conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with C‑level stakeholders and decision‑makers in target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on cloud transformation.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management using SF.com tools.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, working collaboratively with the technical community, business units and cross‑regional sales teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Partner with Tier 2 CSPs and the ecosystem to develop and nurture strategic alliances.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in sales with at least 5 years in a sales‑management or leadership position within the cloud services or data centre sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue, especially in net‑new enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Technical acumen: Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to support clients, partners, and team members.
