The Role
Join our Technical Marketing organization as a new‑graduate Technical Program Manager (TPM) supporting the tracking and readiness of silicon, evaluation boards, and hardware/software solutions. In this highly cross‑functional role, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams to help ensure our platforms and customer‑facing solutions are delivered with clarity, quality, and predictable execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to how silicon, hardware platforms, and software ecosystems come together into customer‑ready solutions—while building foundational skills in technical program management.

- Location: Belfast, UK
- Hybrid: 3 days/week in office
What You Will Be Doing
- Track silicon and board availability, status, and readiness across development stages
- Monitor HW/SW solution deliverables including firmware, drivers, OS images, and reference designs
- Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to maintain schedules, identify risks, and drive issue closure
- Support key processes related to board logistics, sample tracking, and customer enablement
- Prepare concise status updates and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Who We Are Looking For
- You are a final‑year student or a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Interest in semiconductors, hardware platforms, firmware, and/or system‑level software
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, project‑tracking tools (Jama, Jira), or basic scripting is a plus
