As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle's service and repair journey with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately record all service and repair requirements.
  • Advisory Role: Advise customers on necessary and recommended work, explain technical information clearly and understandably, and present additional services or products relevant to their needs.
  • Booking & Scheduling: Efficiently manage the workshop diary, schedule appointments, and ensure optimal workflow for technicians.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop team, providing regular updates on vehicle progress, explaining diagnostic findings, and confirming costs.
  • Quoting & Invoicing: Prepare accurate service quotes, process payments, and ensure all invoicing is correct and transparent.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address any customer queries or concerns, striving for first-time resolution and ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed accurately and to dealership standards.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, maintenance plans, or accessories where appropriate, without being pushy.
  • Dealership Standards: Adhere to all dealership processes, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety regulations.

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment is essential.
