Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high-quality repairs on vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
- Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels.
- Using specialist body repair equipment including jigs, welders, and pulling systems.
- Working closely with the paint and prep team to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- Adhering to health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technician.
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
- ATA or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Body Repair is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Own tools are advantageous (some tools can be provided if needed).
