The Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa (AFEMEA) Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills and unwrap your expertise with an international packaging leader offering you a unique working experience in an innovative and diverse environment. The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 2 or 3 rotations across our sites in the UK.

As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Sponsor. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.

We are looking for a sales rock star! During the program, you will:

  • Get well rounded business experience, deep dive into diverse industries: Snacks & Confectionery, Produce and Bakery.
  • Participate in projects related to lead generation (from identifying hot prospects to turning them into loyal customers).
  • Work alongside Sales and Marketing team (build strong relationships, craft compelling presentations, close deals).
  • Work alongside customer service and commercial teams, to better understand customer needs and cost driver for our business.

It’s a good start to have the following:

  • Master’s degree in sales management, business administration, business management, international business, management or related fields.
  • Up to 2 years of working experience in the sales, customer service, commercial or related positions (might be gained via internships).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
  • Interest in digital tools appreciated.
  • Willingness to travel and work across UK.
  • Flexibility & adaptability.
  • Proactiveness and outperformance mindset.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Relationship building capability.
  • Full permanent work permit in the UK.
